What is the MOQ for a custom activewear order?
Many projects can start from 50 pieces per style. The confirmed MOQ depends on fabric minimums, color count, size breakdown, trims, branding methods and construction requirements.
Can you develop products from a tech pack, sketch or reference sample?
Yes. Send a tech pack, measurement chart, sketch, reference image or physical sample. The development team will review the construction, materials, fit and information needed for quotation and sampling.
How long does activewear sample development take?
Standard sample development is generally planned for 7–14 days after the design, measurements, fabric and branding details are confirmed. Special fabrics or processes can require additional time.
What private label options are available?
Options can include custom fabric, color, fit, sizing, print, embroidery, heat-transfer logos, labels, hangtags and packaging, subject to the selected material, artwork and order quantity.
Can you help select fabrics for different activewear products?
Yes. Fabric recommendations are reviewed by product use, GSM, stretch, recovery, support, opacity, moisture performance, handfeel, durability and target cost.
How is quality controlled from sample to bulk production?
Checks can cover fabric and color approval, patterns, measurements, cutting, stitching, functional details, logo placement, packing and comparison with the approved sample and confirmed specifications.
What is the bulk production lead time and can you coordinate export shipping?
Standard bulk production is usually planned for approximately 20–30 days after sample approval and material confirmation. The final schedule depends on order details, and the team can coordinate export packing and shipping documentation.
